Play Like a Girl should never be used as an insult ... play like a girl is a compliment - that girls should be proud of.
Expose your daughter to a sampling of sports and physical activity in a fun, friendly environment with the support of volunteer coaches, teammates and role models. Rugby can be a great option for young girls.
Join the movement in the epic battle to keep girls' confidence high during their young years and into puberty and beyond. Using #LikeAGirl as an insult is a hard knock against any adolescent girl. And since the rest of puberty's really no picnic either, it's easy to see what a huge impact it can have on a girl's self-confidence.

Girls - (U10 - U17)
Rugby is a sport that brings people together through teamwork, the love of learning new skills and engaging in competition. Girls participating in LJRC are taught more than how to play rugby; the program teaches them valuable life skills that can change their perspectives, beliefs and their lives.
Rugby can have life changing impact on girls, as it raises awareness about gender equality, gives them increased confidence, provides them with an opportunity to play organized sport, teaches valuable leadership skills and fosters a sense of belonging.

Utilizing the latest mobile technology, Team App has addressed two main concerns with running a sports club:

Team App was developed via extensive market research gained from club presidents, coaches, players, supporters, parents and successful business people, all of whom have critical input in running a successful sporting club.
