Upgrade of Lindfield Soldiers Memorial Park Community Hall

 

Inception of an Idea.

 

Prior to the commencement of the 2019 Sentenary Season both:

•Lindfield Rugby Club (Seniors); and

•Lindfield Junior Rugby Club, each independently explored the possibility of upgrading the clubhouse facilities at Soldiers Memorial Oval.

 

Common Goals

 

• Improved changeroom facilities

• Improved clubhouse usage and viewing areas

• Improved accessibility

• Heritage Site

• Balancing interests of multiple stakeholders

• Topography of site

 

Project Considerations

 

How do we:

• Celebrate and maintain the historical importance of the site

and:

• Make much needed clubhouse upgrades & improvements
